The festival is intended to place sustainable agriculture and nutrition in a cultural context and thus provide a platform for informing and learning, enjoying and celebrating, but also for exchange and networking. Various formats were set as cornerstones of the festival from the outset:

Programme:
Friday (20.09., 9:30am-10pm) - Focus: Network, professional audience
Saturday (21.09. 10am-11pm) - Focus: Market and Public Day, Culture

• Lectures and discussion panels on agriculture, nutrition and nature conservation
• Do-it-yourself workshops (e.g. gardening, cooking, processing, preservation)
• Farmers' and information market (presentation of initiatives, businesses and their products on 21 September from 11am-7pm)
• Theatre (on food policy topics)
• Films (on agriculture and nutrition)
• Artistic framework with decoration, exhibitions, performances (on agriculture and nutrition)
• Authentic regional-ecological gastronomy
• Children's programme
• Music, concerts, DJs
